Samarkand Radio, which began broadcasting in 2003 under the name Radio Onbeş, strives to do justice to the voice that is now overshadowed by the image. Religious-Sufi talks, cultural-art, music, history and news are some of the program areas of Samarkand Radio. Samarkand Radio sees it as its professional task to develop new alternatives to the understanding of broadcasting reduced to music and entertainment.
